We love all properties… especially those with a good name. This client was looking to extend the current loft with a dormer extension to their semi-detached property.

The outcome

Maintaining the height and space of the current loft, while creating a shell that extended across the width of the house, we ensured the plans were created; all adhering to planning permission regulations. We also maintained the exterior finish with a tiled roof that beautifully complemented the current build.
