The outcome
Our clients were keen to stay in their traditional 1930’s semi-detached home located in a leafy neighbourhood. With local planning requirements high on the list, we were determined to create a design that would meet local conservation standards, as well as our clients’ specific needs.
Adding a L-shaped dormer to the property gave us the opportunity to build a fabulous new bedroom space for this wonderful home. With lots of natural light thanks to the new Velux windows, our clients now benefit from lots of great storage space too. A beautiful ensuite bathroom with its stunning feature roll-top bath and gorgeous walk-in shower is the perfect addition. This build is a superb example of high-quality finishes throughout.
