The outcome
Our clients were looking to make the most of their 1930’s terraced home, set in a leafy neighbourhood. Wanting to create a fantastic new bedroom suite, our designers set to work; planning a full rear dormer that would provide our clients with ample space where they could relax.
Their additional floor was accessed by a newly built staircase, complemented by a traditional wooden bannister. Their bedroom was filled with natural light thanks to fresh Velux windows and a Juliet balcony. And our client was particularly impressed with lots of new storage space that was cleverly built into the various areas of the room; making the most of the space. A beautiful new ensuite completed the build too.
