Our clients were looking to extend their property, however were finding the planning stage a challenge in respect of their neighbours.

The outcome

Looking to create more space through a new loft conversion, our clients contacted us to discuss their semi-detached property. Finding that there would be an issue with the party wall, we were challenged to create smooth transition for their new rear dormer; resulting in the much-needed new space requested.
