Looking to add a wealth of space to their end of terrace property, while also adding potential future rental value, a loft conversion was ideal for our family client.

The outcome

Building two adjoining dormers into the loft structure, this meant we were able to push back into the loft space and make a much larger and spacious loft conversion; ideal for our client’s teenage daughter. We also built an entirely separate huge bathroom which would be accessible to the loft and the rest of the home.
