We’ve got extensive experience in creating stunning loft conversions for semi-detached and end of terrace properties in London.

Your loft

We’ll often use a hip to gable conversion, using a rear dormer extension. This means that we can give you the maximum space that your London borough will allow – 40 cubic metres. Have a look at what option you would like to add to your property. We’d be happy to discuss it with you.

Space and light

If you have a semi-detached or an end of terrace property, a hip to gable loft conversion is a great option that gives you lots of extra space and light. Here, we work on your sloping side roof – extending it sideways. The extension is based on a large rear dormer and you can choose a variety of add-ons including roof skylights, French doors or gable windows. We’re mainly asked for a large bedroom and a shower room, however we can also create two smaller rooms if you prefer.
