A great opportunity to transform this Victorian property, our client wanted as much room as possible, and we certainly relished the challenge.

The outcome

Building a new loft shell on top of the eaves, we made sure the structure would be strong enough for our client’s new room plus a new curved stairwell and compact ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Design was important too, with a splash of sunburst orange making a welcome and bright addition.
