John and Kate came to us looking for a particularly spacious loft conversion that would bring them light, warmth and space.

The outcome

Many of our clients approach us looking for alternative ways to create space in their own homes rather than moving. Perhaps they would like to remain in the same area, or they are looking to add residual value to their property. For our clients here, a stylish new loft conversion would deliver them the space that they needed.

We spent time talking with our clients; finding out what they wanted to achieve as their own goal. Suggesting ideas that would meet with their requirements and that would work with their current build. For their property, an L-shaped loft conversion with a bedroom and bathroom was the chosen plan.

Our designers prepared all of the necessary drawings to make sure that our clients were happy with the planned conversion. Once agreed, we set to work to put these plans into action; making sure that all of the planning agreements and procedures were followed too.

With a budget of £45,000, our clients were particular that the end result would be stylish and a haven of warmth. The addition of a new Juliet balcony enabled us to bring our clients closer to the outside. Beautiful wooden flooring and natural decoration added to the true warmth of the new bedroom.

Complementing the new bedroom suite, we also created a stunning new bathroom in the form of a wet room for our clients. Benefiting from large floor to ceiling tiles, effective lighting and high-quality sanitaryware, the new addition of a Velux window also brings in natural light and ventilation as a further benefit.

Throughout the build, our project manager kept our clients up to date; ensuring they were kept aware of the progress of their build; further adding to our clients’ satisfaction.
