Our process
Where we make the difference is in our service to you. We give you the peace of mind you need – taking all the responsibility of ensuring that all approvals, building regulations and planning permissions are met.
If your chosen extension site shares a wall with your neighbour, it is your responsibility to notify them of your intentions. Your neighbours will have up to eight weeks to let you know if there are any questions regarding your plans.
Should your home need any further inspections to meet council planning requirements, we’ll book these in for you; removing any hassle.
You can be reassured that your project manager, in addition to the build team, will be on hand to keep you informed of your build’s progress.
