If you have a semi-detached or an end of terrace property, this is a great option that gives you lots of extra space and light. Here, we work on your sloping side roof – extending it sideways. The extension is based on a large rear dormer and you can choose a variety of add-ons including roof skylights, French doors or gable windows. We’re mainly asked for a large bedroom and a shower room, however we can also create two smaller rooms if you prefer.

If you have an end of terrace property, you have less space available to extend than if you have a semi-detached property. The maximum limit you have to extend is 40 cubic metres.
