1920s and 1930s Terrace Conversions
Working in London and throughout the M25, one of the most popular property styles we see are 1920 or 1930’s terrace conversions. And if you have one of these properties, we’d be delighted to run through the possibilities available to you.
If you’re looking to add more space and stay in your home rather than facing the costs of moving, a loft extension is a great option for you. Whether you’d like one or two bedrooms plus a beautiful new shower room, we can discuss the options for your property. Most frequently, we’ll recommend a rear dormer plus Velux windows at the front of the roof slope. Many of our clients also choose to have a Juliette balcony and/or French windows.

Dormer
You’ve got different choices when it comes to creating your ideal loft extension. We’ll extend the rear roof of your property to a full width dormer. This means you can either have one large bedroom plus a shower room. Alternatively, you might prefer to have two bedrooms, or maybe a bedroom and an office, plus a shower room. You can also benefit from lots of light thanks to a roof skylight over your new stairs. Why not have a Juliette balcony with French windows; opening up your space to views of your garden.
